You can do this on our website. Simply go to the account login page and click "Forgot?", then enter your email.
Please note that you will have had to have manually created an account in order to receive the password reset email. Even if you have placed multiple orders on the site, entering your email at checkout, it will not create a user account.
In this case you will need to submit a support ticket to request an account invite. Please provide the email address for your account and support will send the account invite to you.
