If you have placed an order where it was successfully processed, your checkout page will convert to an order confirmation page and you will see a 6 digit order number.
You should then receive an order confirmation email, followed by the Sendowl download email.
If you do not receive the email for your downloads, this may be down to following reasons:
- Email address was entered incorrectly. If you have entered the wrong email or made a typo you'll need to create a support ticket to request your details be fixed.
Shopify has flagged your order as a possible fraudulent transaction. This can be for various reasons, such as your VPN location not matching your address or card address info, if someone else's card was used to purchase, or multiple payment attempts, etc.
If this is the case, someone from our accounts or support team will get in touch to request validation for the order. This ensures everyones' security, and once we have received the proper validation and accounts confirm all is in order, you will receive your downloads shortly after.
Payment not Completed. There may also be a scenario where the payment did not go through, but the money will have come off your account. In this case, your bank will reserve funds as a pending payment but the order will not be completed.
Not to worry though, when this happens, the funds are returned to your account within a few hours. The cause for this is usually due to a zip code not matching up with your card info, so please check that all info is correct and you can try again!
