If you have placed an order or even multiple orders with us, you will not have a user account unless you registered an account before placing an order.
Entering email at checkout creates a profile for our internal records but customers aren't required at that step to enter a password so submitting a password reset request will unfortunately not work. You can't change a password if there never was one right??
In this case, we can just send you an Account Invite and you'll click through and enter a password to create a user account and then you'll be able to login! Please submit a support ticket to request the account invite.
I want to Log In to the site to download my previous orders?
We do not currently host any installers on our website, as all orders are delivered via email from Sendowl. These will be available in your inbox unless you've deleted the emails. Sendowl links do have to have an expiry period set, but we are able to reset for you any time on request. Submit a support ticket to request a reset on your downloads. Please provide the correct email address used to place your orders, or your order numbers and we'll send them to you.
