If while using a JST plugin you encounter an issue or bug, please submit a support ticket. When submitting a ticket, please include as much information as possible, as this will help us to assist you as quickly as possible, avoid delays whereby our support staff have to request information and await a response.
Please include the following:
- Plugin version number
- DAW (including version number)
- Operating System
- Session info (Sample Rate & Buffer Size)
- Nature of the issue and any particular action that causes it.
We also recommend checking that your DAW, OS and iLok License Manager are all updated to their latest versions.
Once we receive your ticket with the relevant information, we will test and try to recreate the issue and from there our developers will work to resolve as soon as possible if necessary.
